FREE offsite backup solution* for servers and critical PCs.
FREE remote access solution*, enabling fast remote support and offsite working.
Additional hours charged at £45 / Hour. incl. travel time for onsite visits. Minimum of 1 hour per week pre-agreed support. Unused -Support time is rolled-over to subsequent weeks.
Highest priority availability, prioritised above Ad-Hoc support customers.
Pre-emptive tasks such as systems monitoring, management of Antivirus solutions, hardware and software health-checks etc.
